Our organic extra-virgin olive oil is harvested and produced on our very own family olive groves, on the beautiful island of Corfu, Greece.
We believe in tradition, so we cold-press our olive oil ourselves, the way our Greek family have been for centuries, at our local village olive press. This means there is absolutely no use of heat or chemicals in the production of our olive oil, and it is completely organic.
This limited run of Kouros Olive Oil is produced from the very first harvest of the season, yielding perfectly green olives, which produce the most exquisite extra-virgin olive oil you will ever experience.
